We would like to clarify how our customers may be affected by the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
If in the event we have to postpone a SoulBoat event and you hold tickets for the postponed SoulBoat we will contact you with details of the postponement.
You will be offered the option of holding on to your tickets for use at a rescheduled date, or of obtaining a refund. We will work with you as much as we possibly can to get you a convenient new date for you. In the event a refund has to be made, refunds will be for the full ticket refund and not the separate booking fee.
If (during the pandemic or after) a SoulBoat event is cancelled/postponed in advance for any reason other than Government restrictions and you hold tickets for the cancelled/postponed SoulBoat we will contact you with details and offer a new date as above or offer a full ticket and booking fee refund.
